Do you own a painting by
Rita Roberts?

I’d love to hear from you!

One unfortunate part of the traditional gallery system is that it separates the artist from those who are moved by the art. I’ve been selling work for over 20 years, so there are a lot of you out there with whom I’ve never had contact. I’d like that to change.

Part of my purpose in building this site is to connect or reconnect with the people who live with my art. Describe how you experience living with a painting or how visitors respond to the work.

Even if you don’t own one of my paintings, I’d like to hear about how art effects your life and surroundings.

Please click here and drop me a note and if you can include a photo of your painting in the home you’ve made for it, that would really make my day!

After viewing her landscapes at the gallery I had no doubt I had found the artist I was...

“Salt Air, Van Damme State Park,” “Windy Day at Agate Beach.” (watercolors) When I purchased these paintings, I could place myself in each scene. Later I took some tours of Ireland with my friend, Mick Moloney, who is an Irish musician. I found in Ireland each of the places in your paintings. “Windy day at Agate Beach” reminds me of the West Coast of Ireland around Fanore. “Salt Air, Van Damme State Park” reminds me of Tory Island on the Northwestern Coast of Ireland and of places I saw in...
